All items are made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is placed.

  • Orders are processed Mondayโ€“Friday (excluding holidays)

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically are:

  • United States: 3โ€“7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is only available by special request.

If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a shipping quote if available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Haus of Moggie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help in any way we can.
